William Bahmermann

BAHMERMANN WILLIAM "SMITTY" Life-time artist, Lower Merion High School alum (Class of 1964), Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts (PAFA) alum, and retired instructor at the Art Institute of Philadelphia, died suddenly on March 8, 2025. Bill will be deeply missed by his wife, Stacie Hampton, family, friends, colleagues, and students whose lives he touched with his humor, talent, generosity, and compassion. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, April 18, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. at Kadampa Meditation Center Philadelphia, 47-49 N. 2nd Street, Phila., PA 19106.
