Toni Amorosi, 69, of Philadelphia passed away suddenly early Christmas morning, December 25, 2025, at Albert Einstein medical center.
A longtime resident of Bushkill in the Pocono Mountains, Toni was born August 21, 1956, in Paterson, NJ, the daughter of Anthony and Yolanda “Vi” Mansolillo.
She was married for 37 years to Andrea. E “Andy” Amorosi, who passed away in 2012. Toni will be remembered for her unparalleled passion and the enviable resiliency she demonstrated after a series of major medical setbacks. Renowned for her preparation of a traditional family meatball recipie, Toni's fondness for good food was second perhaps only to her love of the beach and, especially, the Jersey shore. She spent the final years of her life in Philadelphia, taking advantage of the food, history and culture it had to offer.
Toni, predeceased by her sister Diane Tempsick, is survived by her son Drew of Philadelphia, sister Beverly De Luccia of Wayne, NJ, stepson Mario of Wurtsburg, NY, and stepdaughter, Maria of Tuxedo, NY. She's also survived by grandsons Nico and Justin, granddaughter Sofia, three great grandchildren, nephews Richard and Dean and nieces Christine, Nicole and Jody.
A memorial tribute for family and friends is being planned for early Spring. As the beach season approaches, the family also plans to spread both Tony and Andy's ashes together at some of the Jersey shore locations they loved most.
