Terrence Solomon Jordan (“Terry”), son of the late Lawrence Jordan Jr., and Minnie Alease Jordan, was born on April 27, 1967, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He departed this life on January 9, 2025.
Terry joined True Vine Church of Christ at an early age, accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior, and was baptised by his grandfather, the late Bishop Solomon H. Jones Jr., under the tutelage of his grandmother, the late Evangelist Viola Jones. Terry graduated from Penn Wood High School and like his father, he loved auto mechanics. Thereafter, he worked in towing services and as an auto mechanic.
Terry loved attending truck shows and listening to music especially songs like “Money, Power & Respect” by DMB and Lil’ Kim, and “24 hrs to Live” by Mase. He enjoyed walking his dogs, drinking coffee and watching sunsets. The Eagles was his team, and he loved watching the games on Sunday.
Terry is survived by his former wife, Mitzi Bruno-Jordan, his brother, Lawrence Jordan III, Esq, and sister, Traci Alease Jordan-Wallace. To treasure his memories are his children Christina (“Tina”), Joey and Terrence Jr (“TJ”); Margie, Danny and Shelly; his grandchildren Tyshine Jr., Ava Rose, Jordyn, Christina and Lilly; Gianna, London, Christopher, Antonio, Isabella; Dorothy and a host of relatives and friends.
A private Celebration of Life Service will be held on February 1, 2025.
