Stephen Weber

 It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the sudden passing of Stephen Joseph Weber (41) who died on December 10, 2022. A beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew and cousin. He is survived by his ever supportive mother Patricia, sister Denise Palmieri (Anthony), niece Ella, nephew Luca, father Joseph and numerous family members and friends.

Stephen was incredibly creative and beyond talented. He graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, RI. He went on to open his own restaurant “Bonnie Dees” with his good friend Brian Goldstein, in which their restaurant earned the prestigious “Zagat” rating their first year of ownership. The cuisine he created was unprecedented. He worked at fine dining restaurants in Philadelphia (Entrée, South Street), Litchfield, SC and the Main Line.

Stephen had the kindest heart and he left his mark on everyone he met. In our deep sadness, we know he is finally at peace.

A celebration of his life will be held in Spring 2023. Please check back for a date.
