Spero Morfesis, Upper Darby, left this planet on July 29 knowing he was loved and respected by family, friends and many others he met along his 92-year journey. It was peaceful. He never wanted funeral services. A history buff, he was proud of having worked at Independence Hall as a volunteer with the National Park Service.
