Shawn McMahon

Shawn Michael McMahon passed away peacefully, surrounded by the love of his family. 

Shawn had a lifelong love of music and was known for his extensive knowledge of rock and roll trivia. There was always music playing—on the radio in the car, on the porch, in the shower, or on his iPhone as he searched for new songs and old favorites. He worked for Acme for 37 years and later enjoyed his job at UPS, where he made many friends and took pride in his work. 

Shawn was the beloved husband of MaryAnn McMahon. Together they shared nearly 30 years of marriage, friendship, laughter, and a lifetime of memories. 

He was predeceased by his parents, Patricia and Chuck McMahon. 

He is survived by his devoted stepchildren, Lauren (Justin) Elliott, Michael (Keri) Farley, and Danielle (Tristan) Mayer; his cherished grandchildren, Justin Elliott, Ciaran Elliott, Adelaide Elliott, Forrest Mayer, and Leland Mayer; and his loving sisters, Mary T. (Michael) McGuire and Patricia (the late Michael) Gindhart. 

Shawn will be remembered for his love of music, his quick knowledge of songs and artists, his sense of humor, and the love he shared with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him. 

A Funeral mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday June 17, 2026 at St Jerome’s Church 8100 Colfax St. Philadelphia PA 19136 at 10 am.

 Visitation will be prior from 9-10 am. @ St Jerome’s
