Robert 'Cowboy' Phillips passed away July 20, 2024 at the age of 80 with his loving wife, Lauralee Torres and family by his side. He is survived by his daughter, Renee Wolf; sister, Dorothy Moleski; brothers, Gerald Phillips and Frank Shiner.
A special Thank You to the staff at Reading Hospital for their kindness and compassion during his stay.
