Patricia Mosher

Patricia M. Mosher of Lewes, DE passed away at age 66 on March 26, 2025 after a hard fought battle with leukemia.

Pat was a nurse for almost 40 years, starting in her home state of New York before moving on to Johns Hopkins in the SICU and finishing her career as a dialysis nurse in Delaware. A lover of books, Pat could be seen reading at any opportunity she could find (especially during her retirement). She was an amazing artist, loved anything French, was a coffee-holic, and could be considered Fleetwood Mac's biggest fan.

Pat is preceded in death by her mother and father, Julia and Melvin Mosher. She is survived by her daughter Nicole Mosher, sister Judy Mosher, sister and brother in law Beth and CR Vaughn, brother and sister in law Stephen and Karen Mosher, and nieces and nephew Katie Vaughn, Melanie Vaughn, Judy Mosher and Stephen Mosher. She also leaves behind her beloved dog Jethro.

Pat will be greatly missed by her family and many amazing friends who all loved her so much.

We would like to thank Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, specifically the staff at the bone marrow transplant unit who took such good care of her for so long. Also, the MICU, who kept her comfortable until the very end.

A celebration of life will be held in Lewes at a later date.
