Patricia Melchiore

Our beloved mother and grandmother, Patricia Perkins (Melchiore), died on April 13th, 2024, after a battle with lung cancer. She was 72.  She was born on April 21st, 1951, in Philadelphia to the late  William and Mary Perkins. Predeceased by 3 brothers, Larry, Robert and Joseph. Patricia was also predeceased by the love of her life, Joey “Onions” McCluskey.  She is survived by her son, Eric (Kim) Melchiore , and daughters Kim (Greg) Dwyer and Danielle Gerace. She was the loving grandmother to Eric, Melissa, Kylie and Matthew; great-grandmother to Kayleigh, Eli and Axel; step-grandmother to Shane and Jason. Her Memorial Luncheon will be held on her birthday, more details to follow.
