Kimberly Gaston Graham

Kimberly Gaston Graham, aged 64, passed away on May 9^th, at her home in Fair Acres in Media, PA.  She was born at Bryn Mawr Hospital and lived all of her life in Delaware County, PA.

Kim was known and loved for her sunny disposition, ability to make friends effortlessly, and her marvelous art and crafting skills.  She moved to Fair Acres in 2019, where she quickly became a friendly, welcoming presence to all.

Kim was preceded in death by her mother, Doris Graham (nee Keers); her sisters: Doris Sorento and Margaret Sprague; and her brother, Lawrence Graham.

Kim is survived by nieces, nephews and their families, most especially her nieces: Michelle (Brian) Mozzoni and Leslie (Jim) Sprague-Withrow; and her nephew: Shawn Graham.  Kim is also survived by her friend and guardian, Barbara Addison, alongside many friends and caregivers from Swarthmore Presbyterian Church who were her Family of Faith.

A Memorial Service giving thanks for Kimberly’s life will take place at Swarthmore Presbyterian Church on Sunday, June 23^rd at 2pm.
