Karla A. Kunze, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend who dedicated her life to healing
and family, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2026, at the age of 75. Born in Carbondale,
Illinois on January 27, 1951, Karla was a beacon of hope and compassion to all who knew
her. She was predeceased by her loving parents, Wilmer and Constance Kunze, as well as
her sister Pamela and brothers Eric and Craig, all of whom she held dear in her heart.
Karla's journey in healing began at the National College of Chiropractic, from which she
graduated in 1975. She committed more than 50 years (2026) to her career as a
Chiropractor, practicing initially in Lansdale and later in Perkasie, Pennsylvania. Her
dedication to her profession was profound, as she gave much of herself to help others find
solace and health. Many patients, over time, became like family to Karla, a testament to the
deep connections she forged with those she treated. Beyond her professional life, Karla
was a devoted mother to her three children, Eric (Cherice), Evan (Elizabeth), and Emily
(Mike). Her love and pride extended to her six grandchildren: Weston, Olivia, Wyatt, Gabriel,
Matthew, and Damien. Karla relished every moment with her family, never missing a
concert, sports game, or performance that her grandchildren participated in. Her presence
was a constant source of joy and support, and her legacy of love continues to inspire those
she leaves behind. Karla was known for her generous spirit and unwavering dedication to
helping others. She was always ready with her healing touch and a listening ear, offering
comfort and understanding to anyone in need. Her kindness and empathy were boundless,
touching the lives of many. While her physical presence will be profoundly missed, her
spirit lives on in the hearts of her family and the countless individuals she impacted
throughout her lifetime. Karla's life was a testament to the power of love, compassion, and
dedication. Her funeral services are private, in accordance with the family's wishes. Her
warmth, wisdom, and unwavering love will forever be cherished by all who had the privilege
of knowing her. Until we meet again in Heaven.
