Just hours after coming into the world, Julianna Jayde Thistlewood passed away peacefully in her parents’ arms at Bryn Mawr Hospital. During that fleeting time, she touched many lives and was loved by all who met her.

Born nearly sixteen weeks early and weighing only 1.64 lbs, Julianna was still able to grip her mother’s finger and respond to her father’s touch during her brief stay on earth. She had a few wisps of dark hair on top of her little peanut head. Although she was so small and premature, she was so strong, so genuine and pure and the true definition of precious. She was born at 5:20 p.m. on October 21st and gained her angel wings, that very same evening at 7:06 p.m.

Julianna is survived by her mother and father, Jacqueline McDonald and Jesse Thistlewood; her brothers, Kayden, Jaxson and Jesse Thistlewood; Mason Gallagher, Nicholas Keith; her sisters, Nevaeh McDonald; Brittany Thistlewood, Ashley Thistlewood, Catelynn Thistlewood and Jessie Lynn Thistlewood; her grandparents, Joanne Leaver and David Thompson; and her grandmother, Donna Jordan; many aunts, uncle's and cousins.

Flowers and condolences may be sent to the family.  The family would like to thank the staff at Bryn Mawr Hospital for their effort and dedication.
