 Storey Joyce Barbara (nee Fidler) July 2, 1928 - October 20, 2023 Passed away peacefully on October 20, 2023, at the age of 95 in Ardmore, PA. She was born on July 2, 1928, in Hazel Grove, UK. Joyce was a beloved mother to Judith and David, grandmother to Joseph, Ruth, Ben, and Maggie, and great-grandmother to Owen and Ciaran. Joyce is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald. Joyce had a distinguished career as a Professor Emerita at Philadelphia University (now Thomas Jefferson University). She was a renowned textile designer, author, and textile historian. Joyce's passion and expertise in the field made her a respected figure in the industry. Her contributions to the art and design community will be long be remembered. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Chanticleer Garden in Wayne PA, a place that held a special meaning for Joyce.
