Jeffrey was born in Huntington Valley Pa 

April 13, 1980 to Jarrel and Elaine Chernoff. He is the cherished father of Heaven Lanae Kerr. He is survived by brother Craig Chernoff and nieces Paige and Jadyn. Preceded in death by grandparents Robert and Jeanette Raboy and Jacob and Mollie Chernoff. 

Jeffrey was a huge Philadelphia sports fan especially when it came to the Phillies. He will be sadly missed. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Jeffrey’s memorial service on Wednesday Aug 2nd ,2023. 11 am @ Old York Rd Temple-BethAm, 971 old York Rd, Abington Pa 19001
