James H. Davids

James Henry Davids, Sr. (Jim) born August 25, 1937, in New Brighton, PA went to be with our Lord on August 18, 2022. He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra R. Johnson Davids, two children, James H Davids Jr, (wife Gretchen) and Crystal Davids, two stepchildren, Debora L. Houck (husband Randy), Charles E. Frisbee II (wife Elaine), two grandchildren, Emily and Nathan Houck, several nieces and nephews and many good friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Francis Eugene Davids, and Margret Millard Youngs Davids.  Jim retired from American Airlines and LTV Steel, and served in the US Marine Corp. He most enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and watching football, as he was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler’s fan. He also enjoyed traveling, watching old movies (westerns and sci-fi), and was a history and science buff. No funeral services will be held as it was Jim’s wish, and a private family celebration of life will be held.  In lieu of flowers and funeral service, contributions can be sent to the St Jude Children’s Hospital in Jim's memory.
