Herbert Leroy Muldoon III passed away surrounded by his loved ones in the City of Brotherly Love Philadelphia, PA on 12/16/2022. “Herbie” was born 5/3/1992 in Hershey, PA and was simply a joy to be around. He was one of a kind. A friend to many and the laughter in a quiet room. He enjoyed people and that is what led him to being the best bartender many people would ever know. Herbie was fun. He was a diva. He was stubborn, sarcastic and he was hysterical. He truly could light up any room and make you laugh even when you didn’t want to. He touched many lives throughout his short 30 years and will forever be in all of our hearts. Herbie loved everything from his 90’s sitcoms such as The Nanny, Roseanne, and The Golden Girls to his musical idols Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Shania Twain, The Spice Girls and Celine Dion. He adored Halloween, ghost hunting in Gettysburg, taking road trips to Atlantic City and watching Hallmark Christmas movies. Herbie’s parents (Herbert Muldoon Jr. and Vanessa Campbell) predeceased him respectively in 2019 and he missed them every single day. We know now that he is finally at peace with them. He was also predeceased by grandparents Herbert Sr. and Phyllis Muldoon. Herbie is survived by his sister Jessica Troxell, who married her husband Tony only a few short weeks ago and Herbie got to have his final dance with her at her wedding. Besides Jessica, Herbie leaves behind many aunts, uncles, and cousins. As well as, Grandparents Norman Sr. and Ann Lacasse and Daniel Sr. and Donna Campbell. Billy (Chrissy) Bollinger, his very first and best friend as well as his meatballs (Ashley Muldoon, Kristina Haines, and Terry Mixon), and his “Papa” (Justin Haines). Along with an entire circle of friends who became family from Pizza Hut, Your Place, The Campbelltown American Legion Post 831 and everywhere in between. Herbie was an avid member and President of the French Club in High School. Later in life, Herbie became a member of The Sons of the American Legion. There will be a celebration of life event for Herbie on January 13th, 2023 beginning at 1pm at the Campbelltown American Legion Post #831, 155 Palmyra Rd. Palmyra, PA 17078. In the case of inclement weather, the celebration of life for Herbie will be held on Friday January 20th , 2023, same location and time. In lieu of flowers we are accepting donations to help offset the cost of Herbie’s final expenses. Please follow this link to contribute: https://gofund.me/f8e40797
