HARRY MITSUO, 71, long-time resident of W. Mt. Airy, Philadelphia, passed away on March 10, 2023. Born in Chicago, Illinois, he was the dear son of the late Wesley and Marjorie Doe. He was the loving brother of Helen, Alan, and the late Alex, supportive husband of Maria, beloved father of Katherine (Darragh), Hilary, Megan, and Wesley, proud uncle to several nieces and nephews, dedicated best friend and family member to his chosen family of many rippling circles of people who cherished him and the impact he had on their lives. Harry was a graduate of Central High School and Pennsylvania State University, and Rosemont College. He was a retired English teacher for the Philadelphia Public School District, a writer, a treasure hunter, and, most importantly, a loyal friend. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to Henry H.
