Elmer Keenan, age 78, of Philadelphia, PA passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus, surrounded by his family, on July 1, 2024 at Vitas Hospice at Methodist. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Nancy, their 4 children, 9 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, his loving sister Anna Marie, brother Joe (Peggy), and many others.
Services will be held on Tuesday, July 16th, at City Life Church, 3301 S 20th St, Philadelphia, PA 19145. A time of greeting the family and offering of condolences will be held from 5-7pm. The service will begin at 7pm. Light refreshments will be served afterward for a time of fellowship.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in Elmer's name to either Snyder Avenue Congregational Church, 300 Snyder Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19148, or City Life Church, 3301 S 20th St, Philadelphia, PA 19145
