Bryan Chan, age 33, passed away on February 1, 2026. He was survived by his three daughters, Sophie McKnight, Lillie Chan, and Baylie Chan, and his sister, Tiffany Chan. Bryan was born in Toronto, grew up in Hong Kong, studied in the U.K., and settled in Philadelphia. Bryan had a heart of gold: he cared about and helped everyone he met, and he was well loved by the restaurant and entertainment industry in the city.
