David Giordano

 GIORDANO DAVID On Thursday, January 6, 2022. Beloved husband of Mary Ellen Jacobs (Giordano); son of the late Victor Giordano, son of Isabel Giordano (Cormack), brother of Victor Giordano and Don Giordano: pre-deceased by sister Nancy. Survived by sister-in-law Carol Hughes, by two nieces and one nephew, Isabella, Caroline, and David; many cousins and dear friends. Born in Staten Island, New York in 1953 to Vic and Isabel Giordano; Dave graduated from Dulaney High School in Timonium, MD; Montgomery County Community College of PA, interned at local television station WCAU-Philadelphia, worked for father's Pennock Insurance, SuperFresh part time and for over 20 years helped manage The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board's (PLCB) Gilbertsville and Schwenksville Montgomery County stores, along with other stores during his tenure with the PLCB. Dave was a Shop Steward and a proud member of Union 1776 in Plymouth Meeting, PA. Married Mary Ellen Jacobs in October 2001. Dave enjoyed his family, dear friends, colleagues, customers, licensees, golfing, music, film, and sports (The Eagles). Services are to be held at Calvary Cemetery of West Conshohocken, 199 Matsonford Road, Conshohocken, PA 19428 on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 10 A.M., 610-484-5192. It will be held outdoors at the Jacobs burial site. There will be a luncheon given in David Giordano's honor scheduled for early summer 2022. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made on-line to The American Heart Association.
