Gaynor Hendrickson

 Gaynor (Smale) Hendrickson was born in Jenkintown, PA on September 16, 1926 and passed peacefully on September 23, 2021 at Garden Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation Center after battling heart disease, severe osteoarthritis, and dementia for the last few years.

Daughter of the late Harley & Grace (Perry) Smale.  Gaynor was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Hendrickson, as well as her siblings:  Harley Smale Jr., Hilda Schaeffer, Ellen Gass and Peggy Jacobs.

She is survived by her children:  Gilbert (and Diane) Smale, Glenn (and Kate) Hendrickson and Jeannette Galbraith.  She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Gaynor was an avid animal lover and shared her home with a number of dogs over the years, all of which she treated as members of her family. She resided in Willow Grove, and was still in her home up until a few weeks ago.  She was member of the First Presbyterian Church, before it merged with Warminster Presbyterian Church in 2019.

Services and interment will be private.
