Elaine Hasson

 (1977-2021) Elaine Kelly Hasson, 43, of Swarthmore, PA passed away on Tuesday, April 20, 2021, of COVID-19 complications.  Wife of John and loving mother of Nicholas (Sabrina) and Grace Tarbotton.  Daughter of Thomas and Patricia (nee Malone) Kelly and predeceased by her grandparents Edward and Kathryn Kelly and Bernard and Chassia Malone.  Sister of Timothy (Karen) and Vanessa (Sarah).  Also survived by her niece Madeline, nephew Benjamin and beloved Aunt Pat Paparo.  Loved by many family and friends.  Elaine was born and raised in Folcroft, PA and graduated from Archbishop Prendergast Catholic High School. Elaine lit up every room she walked into and went out of her way to make you feel special. She always sent notes and cards to anyone who had something to celebrate or needed cheering up. Her passions were raising and releasing Monarch Butterflies and being outdoors, especially sitting in her beach chair next to the ocean or picking flowers at a farm.  Elaine will be dearly missed by all and when you see a butterfly or tulip, please think of her. Plans for a Memorial Service will be announced at a future date.
