Frederick J. Seefeldt (Freddy), Age 32 of Havertown, Pennsylvania passed away suddenly on August 29, 2020. Freddy was born December 21, 1987 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Chester, Pennsylvania. He was a resident of Havertown for most of his life and attended the Haverford Township School District from kindergarten through twelfth grade. Freddy wrestled beginning at age four for the Haverford Township Wrestling Association, played soccer for the Havertown Soccer Club, and baseball for Havertown Little League. He wrestled for Haverford High School during his freshman year.
Freddy leaves behind a daughter, Aubrey Danielle Quinn, age 11. He is also survived by his father and mother, Frederick and Sidney (Roland) Seefeldt; maternal grandmother, Lucille Roland; grandmother, Maryann Seefeldt; two brothers, Jay Seefeldt and wife, Jacquy, and John Seefeldt and Emily Waldron; sister, Rebecca Seefeldt; uncles, James Roland, Matthew Roland, David Roland, Jack DePietro, Joseph Seefeldt, Sean Seefeldt, Brian Carson and Nickolas Jaskiewicz; aunts, Merrie (Roland) DePietro, Maureen Roland, Pamela Haring, Maryann Seefeldt, Megan (Seefeldt) Carson, and Kelly (Seefeldt) Jaskiewicz, along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, James R. Roland and Frederick J. Seefeldt.
Freddy was a good and loving father to his daughter, Aubrey. He was a talented and hardworking landscaper, laborer, and chef, working mainly in the Havertown area. He was truly loved not only by his entire family but by many friends and acquaintances that he came to know during his lifetime. He was always right there, ready to help out anyone in need, at any time. Freddy had a big heart and a big beautiful smile that could light up a room.
A memorial service will be held at Grace Lutheran Church, 2191 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008 for family and friends on Saturday, September 19, 2020 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., with a prayer service officiated by Pastor Timothy Johansen at 12:00 p.m. Due to the pandemic, we ask that all in attendance wear masks and adhere to social distancing guidelines. Please honor these restrictions for the safety of all in attendance but especially for those who are at high risk.
