Joseph Coyle

 Joseph Patrick Coyle, 74, passed away at home on May 28, 2020, with his family by his side in West Chester, PA.

He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Mary (Donahue) Coyle, children Matthew Coyle (Rachel), Josh Coyle (Heather), Laura Haycraft (Oliver), Nicole Dockstader (Matthew), Rachel Coyle Quay (Matthew), Danielle, and Sheila Kelso  (Andy) and nineteen Grandchildren (Josh, Taylor, Alec, Kyra, Lily, Abigail, Julia, Madeline, Elizabeth, Cooper, Harrison, Kennedy, Hunter, Chelsea, Cheyenne, Avery, Jude, Lincoln, Sage).  He is also survived by his sister Patricia Kelly (Sam) and Bart Coyle (Jim) and numerous in-laws, cousins, nephews, nieces and dear friends.  He is predeceased in death by his parents, Bart and Laura (Whalen) Coyle.
He was born on July 12, 1945, in Philadelphia, PA.  He attended St. Thomas Moore High School and St. Joseph University.   He retired from Pfizer in 1996 at which time he was commuting from West Chester, PA to Manhattan, NY to avoid moving his family from their West Chester, PA home.
Joe was admired for his unwavering and unconditional love for his family, his selflessness, humor, kindness and skills on the dance floor. Joe never met a stranger, and always made room in his home for one more. 
Memorial services will be private for the immediate family.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his honor to St. Jude Children Hospital.
