Donald R.Smith, Jr of Crum Lynne, PA died on April 27,2020, Monday at Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Upland, PA. He was 51 years old (March 1,1969 - April 27, 2020). He was

the son of Mr. Donald R.Smith, Sr. and Cora W. Smith of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Lion Donald was a member of the Philadelphia Filipino-American Lions Club since April 1, 2011. He was an active member, serving as a volunteer to the Club's Annual Golf Outing,

and the yearly Overbrook School for the Blind Pancake Breakfast. He was helpful in providing service when needed.

He was survived by his wife, Lion Bernadette Ortiz Smith, sisters, Carol Cook, Brenda Golphin, Laverne Eldridge, Donyelle Chaney, brother, Kyle Smith, sisters in law,

Lion Lucy Ortiz Mangabat (PDG Tony), Ma. Rosan Ortiz Ordonez (Rod), brother in law Lion Cesar Cala Ortiz (Nancy),nephews and nieces and grandchildren.

Eternal rest grant unto Donald O' Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him , may he rest in peace, Amen!
