Marion Keiper Dickert of Allentown, Pa. passed away on Dec. 8, 2018.
She was 92 years old and for the last couple years resided at Westminster Village in Allentown. She was the wife of Richard K. Dickert who preceded her in death. Her daughter, Bonnie Dickert Bowman also preceded her in death as well as her brother, Lloyd Keiper Jr. Born in Allentown,Pa., she was the daughter of the late Lloyd and Minnie Keiper. Marion was very active in the Christian Endeavor at an early age. She was a member of Salem United Methodist Church in Allentown, Pa. She was a choir member her entire life and loved to sing. She also was very active in United Methodist Women in the church, state, and national levels.
Another passion of hers was to teach Sunday School to young children and also taught a ladies Bible study during the week.
Marion was a graduate of Allentown High School. She was a devoted Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She loved her entire family and had amazing Christmas gatherings for everyone every year.
Survivors- daughter Nancy Dickert Buxton and her husband, David Buxton of Townville, S.C., brother - Kenneth Keiper, son-in-law, James Bowman of Richlandtown, 6 grandchildren and 16 great grand children.
Her wonderful life will be celebrated at a later determined time. Any contributions should be made to her passion
