Bruce E. Cramer of Riverside, NJ, passed away on November 8, 2018 after a long battle with COPD. Bruce was born in Staten Island NY and moved to Union in 1963 and lived in the Union and Woodbridge areas for many years until moving down the shore. Bruce then lived in his beloved Manahawkin, before moving to Riverside. Bruce graduated from Union High School 1969 where he ran track. He briefly attended the University of Tennessee to run track. Bruce started his career at NJ Bell Telephone Company in 1970 and then Ma Bell before joining the International Brotherhood of the Electrical Workers Local 164 communication division in 1980’s and remained for over 25 years. He was also the longest standing sergeant of arms for the communication division of IBEW. Bruce held many titles in the Telecommunications industry including project manager, foreman and communication technician. Bruce was a loving father to Dawn McCall and Danielle Pascavage. Loving Grandfather to Daniel, Victoria, Abigael, Dylan, and Grace. Predeceased by his parents Karl Cramer and Joan Charles. As well as Donna Cramer mother of Dawn and Danielle and his brother Michael Cramer. Survived by his step mother Marion Cramer, his brother Stephen and sisters Joanne Hamilton, Irene Bartosh, and Laura Weiss. He is also survived by 3 aunts, many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Grace Lutheran Church, 2222 Vauxhall Rd, Union NJ 07083
