Patricia Ellen Weikert

Marlton - Patricia Ellen Weikert (nee Trinsey), 89, of Marlton, NJ, passed peacefully surrounded by her family at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, on August 28, 2018. Born January 31, 1929, in Abington Township, Montgomery County, she is predeceased by her late, beloved husband of 44 years, Millard L. Weikert of Cherry Hill, NJ.

Patricia was a devoted mother and grandmother dedicated to the happiness and well-being of her family. Patricia is survived by her five children; Kim Ellen Placentra, Mark David Weikert, Kathy Lynn Wojtkowiak, Kurt Matthew Weikert, and Erik Miles Weikert; 12 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Karin Traci Weikert. She loved any time spent with her family and friends, always giving to others before herself. In her neighborhood, she was affectionately known as, "The Angel of the Court", looking to see how she could offer help to others that needed it. She defined the word "love" in all she did - teaching it, expressing it, and making others feel it.

Funeral service will be held at The Catholic Church of St. Mary, 2001 Springdale Road, Cherry Hill, NJ, on Saturday, September 1, 2018. Visitation will be from 10:00am to 11:30am, followed by a mass service at 11:30am. Burial will take place several days afterward at Rest Haven Cemetery in Hanover, PA.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Garden State Medical Associates for their many years of compassionate care keeping her well and to the Neuro ICU staff at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for their unwavering support in her final days.
