Mitchell Richard Wolfson

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing
of Mitchell Richard Wolfson ( Blank) on November 20, 2017 at the age of 81 after a prolonged illness. Born February 29, 1936, he will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 50 years, Eileen Hersh Wolfson, and his children, Ian (Susan), Rachel (Charles),
and Jessica (William).  Mitchell will also be fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Aaron, Brendon, Julia, Ari, Jordan, Hannah, and Iyarn.  He was a graduate of Overbrook High School and Temple University.  Mitchell served in the Army as a Captain and was
an Airborne Ranger.  After retiring from his career as a CPA, Mitchell spent his time rehabbing houses in North Philadelphia and serving on the board of the Marple Public Library and Temple Sholom in Broomall.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to
Temple Sholom in Broomall ℅ the “Temple Beautiful” fund or the “Preschool” fund.  A celebration of Mitchell’s life will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 at Temple Sholom in Broomall, 55 North Church Lane, Broomall.  Shiva will be observed immediately following
the celebration of life at the Charmont residence and continue until Tuesday evening.
