Selma C. Booz

 Selma C. Booz of Yardley passed away Saturday, November 11, 2017 in her home.  She was 81.  Selma was born and raised in New Hope, PA to the late Alfred and Elizabeth Cryer.  Selma has lived in Lower Makefield for 58 years.

     Selma was the beloved wife of James H. Booz, devoted and loving mother of Debbie Booz and her husband Robert Rita, cherished Nana to Briar J. Booz, and sister of Thomas Cryer (Sue).  She was preceded in death by her daughter Sharon Booz, grandson Elijah, and siblings Alfred Cryer, Barbara Moon and Jane Lawrence.
     Selma was a graduate of Rider College and fulfilled her compassion of helping others by committing herself as a Medical Secretary to doctors in the Yardley area.
     Friends and family are invited to call from 10:30-11:00am Saturday, November 18, 2017, followed by a Memorial Service in the celebration of her life at 11:00am at the Solebury United Methodist Church, 2536 Aquatong Road, New Hope, PA.  18938.

The family request that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Solebury United Methodist Church.
